About This Project
The 3Click platform was facing major usability and design issues due to an outdated UI and an inconsistent user experience across its main pages. Our goal was to redesign the website with a modern, user-centered approach—backed by UX research, behavior analytics, and industry benchmarks. We started by identifying pain points in the user journey, analyzing session recordings and scroll data (via Microsoft Clarity), and conducting interviews with internal teams. The insights shaped a new, minimalist UI and improved UX flows that significantly enhanced usability and visual clarity across all services — including flights, hotels, and tours.
